Mr. R. Janardhanan, Chairman, fondly called as RJ Master, is an eminent Mathematics Teacher for over 55 years. His tenure as Principal in Kaligi Ranganathan Montford School laid the foundation for the growth of Kaligi Group of Schools guiding its students and teachers not only in academics but also for discipline, character building and holistic development. He is a strong advocate for hard work and smart work and a believer that anything can be achieved through will-power and passion for your studies and work. He is very well loved by the school alumni who to this day always come to visit him and continue to respect him for the work he is doing for the current generation. Shri. R. Janardhanan is also a recipient of the honorable DRONACHARYA AWARD.
Smt. J. JAYALAKSHMI
CORRESPONDENT SMT. J. JAYALAKSHMI has been the founding pillar of our Kaligi Group of Schools. From the very beginning she has been responsible for the financials and resource management of the school especially during a time when no such system was in place. As a cornerstone in developing the vision of the school she made sure that all who are part of the Kaligi family understood the core values. She has been a backbone of the school and a major force for the continued growth of Kaligi Group of Schools till this day. Her sharp mind and quick thinking has helped the school reach great heights and will help our schools to achieve more in the future.
Mrs. R.J. Kothai Praveen
Mrs. R.J. Kothai Praveen, daughter of the Founder Chairman, with an M.Sc in Mathematics, Certificate in Special Education and Early Childhood (USA) is the Correspondent of KRM Special School. As a member of our Schools Executive Council, she provides valuable input and advice for the development of the school and the learning of our students. She is very passionate about developments in special education, constantly developing and evolving the teaching curriculum of KRM Special School and hereby advancing the school’s mission and improving and bringing a positive change in the children’s lives. Mrs. Kothai also has a Certificate in Interior and Fashion Designing and is also certified in Pranic Healing. She uses her creative mindset and educational skillset to introduce new and unique learning methods and life skills for our students.
Dr. S. Vasantha Gowri
Dr. Vasantha Gowri, M.B.B.S., D.O.(Ophthalmolgist), FlCO(UK), FRCS(Glasgow), Doctorpreneur, Director of Aadithya Multi - Specialty Clinic, Guru Adithya Hospital is our Patron and the Managing Trustee for our Group of Schools. Her indomitable passion is to create positively Health - aware Community, especially an Immune - boosted Women Power for a constructive and innovative Society to emerge. As an Educationalist, she has also acted as a Resource Person and empowered the teachers with the readily available resources for the best outcome of the rich Brainpower, available. She has served as Head-quarters Commissioner, Tamil Nadu Bharat Scouts and Guides. She is a Member of Women Economic Forum, Indian Medical Association & All India Opthamological Society and the Vice Chairman in All Ladies League. She has been felicitated by His Excellency, Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri. R. N. Ravi for her work in Vision Health for School Children during the occasion of Women's Day Programme held at Raj Bhavan. She has also presented a TEDx Talk on "Listen to your eyes. They have much to say" at our TEDx KRM PUBLIC School Women event focussing on the Fact of the mindset, being reflected transparently through the eyes.

Mr. R.J. Thayumanaswamy (a) Bhuvanesh, son of the Founder Chairman, with the Engineering Graduate, top scorer in International Competitive Examination, and a Post Graduate in Educational Management. He is recognized as DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI of Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT). He is also certified in Project-Zero Classroom, in HARVARD UNIVERSITY, USA under the guidance of Stalwarts in Education Prof. Howard Gardner (Father of Multiple Intelligences) and Prof. David Perkins. He is always in the process of redesigning the Institutional policies with more competency and challenges which helps in creating a benchmark in the field of Education. He is also member of popular reputed Educational forums like CII, Confederation of Indian Industries (Education Wing), WISE (QATAR). He is the FORMER CHAIRPERSON of the Governing Body of Lady Willingdon Institute of Advanced Study in Education, He is also the Ambassador for HUNDRed.org community, Finland. Also, acting as the Academic Advisor for EDUZO, State Advisor - Tamilnadu for Youth United Council of India (YUCI) and Advisor for American International Accreditation Association of Schools and Colleges (AIAASC).

Our Head of Institution Mr. J. Robinson, M.sc., M.Phil., M. Ed., Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Leadership, Certified in TQM - School Management (CII Bangalore) has more than 26 years of experience in teaching learning process. Our Principal is a Good Mentor, Mathematics graduate and an effective Teacher Trainer for B. Ed candidates. Our Principal is the Member of Board of Studies at Meston College of Education. Frequently interviewed by leading dailies namely The Times of India and The Hindu, he has been awarded as the BEST TEACHER by the Former Governor of Tamilnadu His Excellency Shri. K. Rosaiah.
